We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible! For orders shipped to Singapore, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union (IOSS scheme), Norway (VOEC), and the USA, VAT, GST, or sales tax is already included at checkout. This means you won’t have to worry about additional taxes or duties when your order arrives.
If Customs in any of these destinations still requests payment for taxes or duties, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] before making any payments.
For other international destinations, customs charges such as import taxes, duties, and handling fees may still apply. These fees vary by country and are determined by local customs regulations, so we’re unable to calculate them in advance. As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges. If you choose not to pay, your order may be returned to us, seized, or destroyed by local Customs. If the order is returned to us, we will process a refund only after we receive the items in their original condition, minus shipping and return costs. Unfortunately, if the order is seized or destroyed, we won’t be able to provide a refund. Additionally, taxes and duties paid upon delivery cannot be reimbursed in the event of a return or exchange—please check with your local Customs for their specific refund procedures.
For deliveries to Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, or India, local customs regulations require you to provide CPF, Tax ID, passport number, personal customs code, RFC, or KYC at checkout. If you miss this step, don’t worry—our customer service team will reach out to you to provide the necessary details.
