For Damaged Goods:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Please include photographic evidence of the damage to help us process the claim efficiently.
Please note that this service does not facilitate refunds or order cancellations.
Once the veracity of the situation is confirmed, we will initiate the replacement process. In instances where the original product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative of equivalent value or store credit.
