WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?Updated 2 months ago

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products returned within 14 days of receiving them.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you opt for a return, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, you’ll cover the return shipping fee, the re-shipping fee for the replacement product, and any applicable taxes.

Eligible for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Necklaces
  • Bracelets
  • Charms & charm clasps
  • Ear cuffs

Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges (for hygiene reasons)

These items are marked on their product pages:

  • Piercing jewelry (earrings, clickers, threadless ends, flatback posts)
  • Stretched ear jewelry (plugs, tunnels, saddle hangers, hangers, ring stacks & lobe cuffs™️)
  • Lip and nose cuffs
  • Gift cards and accessories (ring sizers & jewelry polishing cloths)
