1. The Promoter
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised and conducted by Ask & Embla Galactic PTE LTD, trading as Ask & Embla (“Ask & Embla”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), with its registered address at 115 King George’s Ave, Singapore 208561 (the “Promoter”).
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 11:59pm UTC/GMT +8 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The Promoter’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, an entrant must:
be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry; and
comply with these Terms and all entry requirements set out in Section 4.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Promoter and its affiliates, and the immediate family members or household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Standard entry
During the Promotion Period, an entrant may obtain an entry into the daily draw by completing all of the following:
placing a qualifying order on askandembla.net during the Promotion Period (a “Qualifying Order”);
providing their Instagram handle in the post-purchase field on our website so that the order can be matched to their Instagram account; and
reacting to the relevant message(s) in the Ask & Embla Instagram Broadcast Channel during the Promotion Period.
Entries that are incomplete, do not satisfy all of the above, or that the Promoter reasonably determines to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise non-compliant will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected by random draw using a random number generator (RNG) from among all eligible entries.
Five winners will be selected per week throughout June. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Promoter’s selection is final.
6. The Prize
6.1 Description
Each winner will receive a refund of one (1) of their Qualifying Orders, subject to the limits in this Section 6 (the “Prize”). The refund will be issued as a refund to the original method of payment.
6.2 Maximum Refund Value
The maximum value of any single Prize is dependent on the winner(s) order value (the “Maximum Refund Value”).
6.3 Multiple orders
Where a winner has placed more than one (1) Qualifying Order during the Promotion Period, only one (1) such order will be selected for refund. Ask & Embla reserves the sole and absolute right to determine which Qualifying Order is selected for refund. No winner is entitled to a refund of more than one order, regardless of how many Qualifying Orders they placed.
6.4 Prize conditions
The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is offered except as expressly stated. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
Winners will be notified by direct message to the Instagram handle associated with their entry. To claim the Prize, a winner must provide their order number, the name on the order, and the email address used for the order within 5 days of being notified.
If a winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) does not respond or provide the required information within the stated period; (c) cannot be verified under Section 8; or (d) is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms — the winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by the same random method.
8. Verification and Eligibility Checks
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry and any winner before awarding a Prize, including by cross-checking the Instagram handle provided post-purchase against order records to confirm that a genuine, completed Qualifying Order was placed during the Promotion Period and that the entrant satisfies these Terms.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant or winner whose entry is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated beyond the permitted limit, cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms.
9. Publicity and Winner Announcement
By entering, entrants acknowledge that winners may be announced publicly, including via Ask & Embla’s Instagram Stories and Broadcast Channel, by reference to their Instagram handle and/or first name. Where required by law, no entrant is obliged to participate in publicity beyond that necessary to award the Prize.
10. Personal Data and Privacy
To administer the Promotion, the Promoter collects and processes personal data including entrants' Instagram handles, names, email addresses, and order details (such as order number and order value). This information is used solely to administer the Promotion — including verifying entries and eligibility, matching orders to the correct Instagram account, notifying winners, and fulfilling Prizes.
All personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with the Ask & Embla Privacy Policy, available at https://askandembla.net/policies/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms. As described in that policy, we do not sell or rent entrants' personal information to third parties outside our organisation, and order and account data is stored securely through our e-commerce platform, Shopify.
Entering the Promotion does not, by itself, subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Entrants who wish to receive marketing emails or SMS must opt in separately, and may opt out at any time as set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion (in whole or in part), or to amend these Terms, where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control or where the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned. Any changes will be posted at askandembla.net. Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect Prizes already validly awarded.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Release — Instagram / Meta
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion.
14. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply to their Prize.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Promoter relating to the Promotion and supersede any prior representations or statements.
