How to Enter</h1><h2 dir="ltr" id="41-standard-entry">4.1 Standard entry</h2>During the Promotion Period, an entrant may obtain an entry into the daily draw by completing all of the following:<ol start="3"><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">placing a qualifying order on askandembla.net during the Promotion Period (a &#x201C;Qualifying Order&#x201D;);</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">providing their Instagram handle in the post-purchase field on our website so that the order can be matched to their Instagram account; and</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">reacting to the relevant message(s) in the Ask &amp; Embla Instagram Broadcast Channel during the Promotion Period.</li></ol>Entries that are incomplete, do not satisfy all of the above, or that the Promoter reasonably determines to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise non-compliant will be disqualified.<h1 dir="ltr" id="5-winner-selection-and-odds">5. Winner Selection and Odds</h1>Winners will be selected by random draw using a random number generator (RNG) from among all eligible entries.Five winners will be selected per week throughout June. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Promoter&#x2019;s selection is final.<h1 dir="ltr" id="6-the-prize">6. The Prize</h1><h2 dir="ltr" id="61-description">6.1 Description</h2>Each winner will receive a refund of one (1) of their Qualifying Orders, subject to the limits in this Section 6 (the &#x201C;Prize&#x201D;). The refund will be issued as a refund to the original method of payment.<h2 dir="ltr" id="62-maximum-refund-value">6.2 Maximum Refund Value</h2>The maximum value of any single Prize is dependent on the winner(s) order value (the &#x201C;Maximum Refund Value&#x201D;).&#xA0;<h2 dir="ltr" id="63-multiple-orders">6.3 Multiple orders</h2>Where a winner has placed more than one (1) Qualifying Order during the Promotion Period, only one (1) such order will be selected for refund.&#xA0;Ask &amp; Embla reserves the sole and absolute right to determine which Qualifying Order is selected for refund.&#xA0;No winner is entitled to a refund of more than one order, regardless of how many Qualifying Orders they placed.<h2 dir="ltr" id="64-prize-conditions">6.4 Prize conditions</h2>The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is offered except as expressly stated. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.<h1 dir="ltr" id="7-winner-notification-and-claim">7. Winner Notification and Claim</h1>Winners will be notified by direct message to the Instagram handle associated with their entry. To claim the Prize, a winner must provide their order number, the name on the order, and the email address used for the order within 5 days of being notified.If a winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) does not respond or provide the required information within the stated period; (c) cannot be verified under Section 8; or (d) is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms &#x2014; the winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by the same random method.<h1 dir="ltr" id="8-verification-and-eligibility-checks">8. Verification and Eligibility Checks</h1>The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry and any winner before awarding a Prize, including by cross-checking the Instagram handle provided post-purchase against order records to confirm that a genuine, completed Qualifying Order was placed during the Promotion Period and that the entrant satisfies these Terms.The Promoter may disqualify any entrant or winner whose entry is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated beyond the permitted limit, cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms.<h1 dir="ltr" id="9-publicity-and-winner-announcement">9. Publicity and Winner Announcement</h1>By entering, entrants acknowledge that winners may be announced publicly, including via Ask &amp; Embla&#x2019;s Instagram Stories and Broadcast Channel, by reference to their Instagram handle and/or first name. Where required by law, no entrant is obliged to participate in publicity beyond that necessary to award the Prize.<h1 dir="ltr" id="10-personal-data-and-privacy">10. Personal Data and Privacy</h1>To administer the Promotion, the Promoter collects and processes personal data including entrants&apos; Instagram handles, names, email addresses, and order details (such as order number and order value). This information is used solely to administer the Promotion &#x2014; including verifying entries and eligibility, matching orders to the correct Instagram account, notifying winners, and fulfilling Prizes.All personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with the Ask &amp; Embla Privacy Policy, available at<a href="https://askandembla.net/policies/privacy-policy" style="text-decoration:none;">&#xA0;https://askandembla.net/policies/privacy-policy</a>, which forms part of these Terms.
