We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products returned within 14 days of receiving them.
Here’s how it works:
- If you opt for a return, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, you’ll cover the return shipping fee, the re-shipping fee for the replacement product, and any applicable taxes.

Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges (for hygiene reasons)

- Lip and nose cuffs
