- Lip and Nose Cuffs
- Gift Cards
- Accessories (ring sizers, jewelry polishing cloths)
- Items on Sale & Outlet Sale Jewelry
If an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect. In these cases, our team will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a return, exchange, or other suitable resolution in line with our Warranty Policy.
